All we can do is educate them as best we can and hope over time they use the tools available appropriately.  If they want to suggest changes to policy, they will need to get with their representatives on the MLS committee and work with them.  That’s the only way something like this will change. We have been recommending that agents get with their favorite title company for help since these sheets are basically just a HUD-1. (Also another marketing op for your guys…) Once they create one, they can save it as a template that they can use over and over with only a couple minor updates.
